SMSF / trust bundles

No special-case pricing: SMSF and trust structures are billed as their component checks at your tier's per-check rates. An SMSF bundle is 2 KYC + 3 KYB, a trust with individual beneficiaries (up to 2 UBOs) is 2 KYC + 1 KYB, and a trust with a corporate trustee plus two individuals is 2 KYC + 2 KYB. Simpler to quote, simpler to invoice.

The AML/CTF Program

Professional, Growth and Professional Plus tiers include your AML/CTF Program. On other tiers it's a one-off $1,000 if you don't already have one, roughly $28/month spread over the typical 3-year rebuild cycle.

Per-check rates (KYC/KYB) are unchanged between monthly and annual billing, the discount applies to the recurring platform fee only, paid upfront for the year. AML/CTF Program and CO Support Services are provided under separate agreements from the software subscription. AML SoftServe supports compliance workflow and documentation and does not act as, or substitute for, a client's nominated Compliance Officer.

Year 1 introductory pricing. Platform fees and inclusions will be reviewed for Year 2 onward. All fees ex GST.
